Everyday Heirlooms — Shipping Policy

At Everyday Heirlooms, every order is prepared with care and intention. We proudly package all items using 100% recycled materials — no plastics, ever. Each piece is nested and protected for its journey using eco‑friendly materials sourced in the USA.  

1. Shipping Locations  
We currently ship throughout the continental United States and Canada. All orders are dispatched from the USA using reliable carriers.

2. Processing Time  
Due to the handcrafted and curated nature of our porcelain pieces, orders typically require 7–10 days for careful processing and packaging before shipment. Once your order leaves our studio, please allow approximately 4 additional days for delivery.  

3. Packaging Philosophy  
We believe the unboxing experience should reflect the same mindfulness as our products. Your order will arrive mindfully wrapped with recyclable materials that are kind to the planet. Every detail is considered to ensure your pieces arrive safely and without impact to our planet.

4. Tariffs and Customs Fees  
Depending on your location and federal law, import tariffs or customs fees may apply. We do our best to keep these costs minimal by working closely with our shipping partners, but tariffs are currently required by law and must be folded into cost. This small contribution helps us continue offering international delivery with transparency and sustainability in mind.
