At Everyday Heirlooms, each piece is thoughtfully selected, carefully inspected, and mindfully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of damage during shipment.
1. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@everydayheirlooms.com. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and description of the damage. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
2. Notification Period
Please notify us of damage immediately.
3. Condition of Items
All items must remain in their original condition and packaging for review and resolution. Because each order is carefully inspected prior to shipping, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons other than shipping damage.
